AQUILAB launches the european SUMMER project

SUMMER project (Software for the Use of Multi-Modality images in External Radiotherapy) started in January 2012. SUMMER aims to develop a software solution that combines new technologies for functional imaging (fMRI, MRS, 4D PET) and technologies for morphologic imaging in order to improve target delineation. This software solution will feature a general user interface adapted to all users: physicians, physicists, researchers, engineers, ergonomists, … SUMMER accounts for 7 partners including AQUILAB and is financed by European Commission. AQUILAB are the project coordinator.
