During your support call, your Support Engineer may request to view your computer screen remotely via AQUILAB_SUPPORT*. For this purpose, please click on the image below. Then proceed by clicking on “EXECUTE”, two times. The Support Engineer will give you a meeting ID to enter into the required box in the new window.
